INTRO: These days, most of us move at an unprecedented pace.
We schedule ourselves to the minute, zip down the freeway
at speeds our ancestors could scarcely imagine, and run —
to keep fit. When it's time for a vacation, we go faster, and
jet off to another continent. No wonder, when we get there,
we find our bodies are lagging behind.

The ancient arts of Yoga and Tai Chi teach us how to find a
calm center in the midst of constant movement. And a group
of ambient electronic artists make music that creates this
sense of tranquility...in motion.
