PGM 773 : "CIRCADIAN RHYTHMS"
=--------------------------------------------------------------------=
PGM NOTE : slow music for those fast summer nights
=--------------------------------------------------------------------=
FEED DATE : 7-21-06

INTRO: What's fast on the surface, but slow and deep underneath?
It's not a trick question, rather, an attribute of those short,
balmy summer nights we're having. Underneath the superficial
activity, there's a deeper rhythm, one scientists will tell you
is tuned to the cycles of light and dark. On these long days
and short nights, plants, animals, insects, and humans all
adapt right down to the genes in our cells.
On this transmission of HEARTS of SPACE, we adapt and mirror
those rhythms with summer night sounds...on a program called
CIRCADIAN RHYTHMS.

Hey Steve. You never get comments on here? I thought this edition was one of 2006's best. I think I listened to it around 20 times at the official web-site throughout the week. I am thinking of getting a subscription plan so I can listen to the archives. I want to give something back to this show after being a loyal listener for the past 15 years.
